Eloiza Domingo is an award-winning DEI strategist, keynote speaker, and organizational transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, academia, and financial services. She has held executive roles at The Allstate Corporation as Vice President of HR and Chief Inclusive Diversity & Equity Officer, at Astellas Pharma as Executive Director and Global Head of Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, and at Johns Hopkins Medicine as Senior Director and Deputy Chief Diversity Officer.
Eloiza has built cross-enterprise governance councils, launched national equity campaigns, and led data strategy initiatives that shaped how organizations track and improve representation and belonging. She was instrumental in launching the Center for Transgender Care at Johns Hopkins—a nationally awarded innovation—and has testified before the U.S. Congress on corporate equity and accountability.
