Kimberly Labow is a seasoned executive, growth strategist, and turnaround leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding organizations through critical inflection points. With over a decade as CEO, she has led high-growth technology and healthcare companies through successful exits, brand repositioning, and large-scale transformations.
As a Fractional Chief Executive & Growth Officer, Kim partners with startups, scale-ups, and mid-market organizations—spanning sectors from healthcare and SaaS to professional services and technology platforms—to design strategies that unlock growth, align leadership, and deliver measurable results.
Her career includes leading MedCall Healthcare Advisors through a successful exit, repositioning Medfusion into a Patient Experience Platform and completing a $43M sale to NextGen, and driving revenue and brand growth at ZirMed, NaviNet, and Impathiq. Kim has consistently delivered outcomes such as 500% transaction growth, 41% revenue lifts, 800% brand awareness increases, and measurable reductions in churn and cost of goods.
Known for her ability to simplify strategy and drive execution, Kim excels in diagnosing what’s blocking growth, aligning cross-functional teams, and building go-to-market engines that scale. She is equally adept at guiding turnarounds, preparing companies for exit, and building scalable systems that carry organizations from $1M to $75M and beyond.
