Originally from Wales, UK, Richard moved to the US 29 years ago. He holds a Ph.D. in physical chemistry from the University of Wales and recently concluded a 32-year career at The Procter & Gamble Company, including roles in the UK, US, and South America.
With extensive experience in the consumer goods industry, Richard possesses deep expertise in product formulations, ingredient transparency, clinical research, regulatory compliance, and technical communications. He is skilled in developing and supporting impactful product claims.
Richard collaborates with clients to understand their products or services, helping to highlight their unique qualities and effectively communicate their benefits and competitive advantages. He excels at simplifying complex ideas, information, science, and technology, making them accessible and meaningful to the client’s customers.
Alongside his professional accomplishments, Richard has been active on the boards of several non-profits in the Greater Cincinnati area, most notably the Kennedy Heights Arts Center (KHAC), which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. He was one of the original founding members of KHAC.
Richard is passionate about the arts, enjoys exploring great restaurants and wine, loves baking, stays active with workouts, advocates for mental health awareness, and values traveling and meeting new people.
