Jerri Hall is a seasoned HR leader and consultant with decades of experience driving organizational success through innovative human resources strategies. Jerri leverages her expertise in compensation plan designs, leadership development, cultural transformation, and labor and employee relations to deliver impactful solutions for clients across multiple industries.
Jerri has held senior HR leadership roles, including Vice President of People Services at Voith Industrial Services and Vice President of HR at Baldwin Piano. She has managed comprehensive HR functions, including employee engagement, compensation, and workforce strategy, and led HR integrations across North America, Europe, China, and Brazil.
Jerri is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). As a Certified Behavioral Coach, she uses tools like the DiSC assessment to enhance communication strategies and leadership effectiveness. Jerri’s ability to transform complex challenges into opportunities has made her a trusted partner for businesses seeking tailored HR guidance.
