Brent Beemer brings decades of experience in federal strategy, government relations, and international public affairs. He has advised organizations ranging from mission-driven nonprofits to educational institutions on building influence across U.S. agencies, securing federal funding, and managing public sector reputation.
Brent’s past work includes helping organizations such as The Aspen Institute, The Bezos Family Foundation, Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training of Pakistan, and The Embassy of the United Kingdom in Washington, D.C. along with educational institutions, and global institutions in crafting public affairs strategies. He’s also worked across Russia, South Asia, the Caribbean, and the Middle East to help develop soft diplomacy programs and international entry strategies.
At The Proper Group, Brent acts as a Fractional Chief Government Relations & Communications Officer, specializing in grant strategy, stakeholder engagement, public-private alignment, and legislative advocacy.
