Mike Dunklee is a seasoned marketing strategist, brand architect, and customer journey expert with over 25 years of experience helping companies grow from regional players into nationally recognized brands.


As a Fractional Chief Marketing Officer, Mike partners with startups, scale-ups, and legacy organizations across industries—ranging from hospitality and insurance to healthcare, tech, and finance—to unify their messaging, elevate their reputation, and improve marketing performance across every touchpoint.


Mike’s career has spanned creative direction, media relations, content strategy, and leadership consulting. His sweet spot lies in harmonizing customer-facing communication across departments—helping teams move from fragmented messaging to fully aligned marketing ecosystems that drive trust, loyalty, and real revenue.


Known for his “story-first, ego-last” approach, Mike blends creativity with structure, infusing every engagement with strategic clarity and people-first energy. Mike lives in Dexter, Michigan with his wife and two daughters. He’s a passionate animal rescue advocate, fiction writer, and host of “Dunklee’s Pub,” his family’s (unofficial) basement bar.
