Pam Webb brings over 25 years of executive human resources experience to The Proper Group, where she serves as a Partner. Her career has spanned industries like financial services, where she has successfully led transformative HR initiatives, including workforce transitions, cultural development, and executive leadership programming.
Pam’s highlights include her role as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Ohio National Financial Services, where she spearheaded efforts related to talent acquisition, total rewards strategies, and employee engagement during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her leadership has also led to the development of women’s executive leadership programs and high-potential talent initiatives.
In addition to her corporate leadership, Pam is deeply committed to serving the community through leadership roles in nonprofits such as Habitat for Humanity and the American Heart Association. She has been recognized as a Cincinnati Business Courier C-Suite Finalist (CHRO) and participated in Leadership Cincinnati Class 45.
