Who we are

The Proper Group LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, 516 Linn St, Unit 716, Cincinnati, OH 45203.

What we collect

• Contact/lead form: your name, title, company, work email, and any phone number, website, LinkedIn link, engagement needs, practice choices, company size, industry, timeframe and message you share. This form sends your information to our Google Apps Script form handler.
• The Proper Read optional capture: your name, work email, company and title, together with your answers, calculated results and optional consent to include anonymized answers in research. Results are calculated in your browser before you choose to send them.
• Cost of Waiting optional capture: your name, work email, company and title, together with the assumptions and calculated summary you choose to send. The calculator runs in your browser.
• Executive application at /apply: your name, email and chosen application track, plus contact information, LinkedIn link, professional experience, leadership and sales information you provide. You may upload a resume. Applications and resumes are stored through our site's hosting services. If you continue to the assessment, we also collect your answers, availability, compensation preferences and consent choices.
• Website services: the optional tool forms include campaign tags from the page address when present. Our site loads Google Fonts and a Google Maps embed on Contact, which connect your browser to Google. Hosting and error-reporting services receive technical information needed to serve pages and diagnose errors, including page addresses and error details. We have no newsletter or subscribe form and no dedicated marketing analytics or advertising tracker configured in the site code.

Third-party services may use their own cookies or similar technologies under their privacy notices. The public forms do not require an account.

Why we use it

We use what you share to respond to inquiries, evaluate applications and send what you asked for. If you choose the research option in The Proper Read, we may use anonymized answers for that research.

Who sees it

TPG team members who need it and service providers that host our site, forms, CRM and deal workflow tools may see your information. These providers process it only to run those services for us. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep information as long as needed for the purpose you gave it to us, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Executive applications and resumes are kept for up to two years so we can match you to future engagements, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. You can unsubscribe from any email by replying or contacting us. Optional captures and resume uploads are your choice.

Executive Hub

Members who sign in to the Executive Hub with a TPG Google account have a profile visible to other signed-in TPG members. You can edit your profile at any time. Hub content is not public.

Children

Our site is for business use and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
